Indeed a ‘blooming’ place bustling with patrons ready for a warm bowl of congee, and more, before 10am. They had $10.99 combo special (congee + rice noodle rolls) between 9:30am and 10:45am. There were lots of other items for sure to make a full breakfast meal that line up with your morning preference. Very limited vegetarian option - plain congee and plain rice noodle rolls. Based on my family’s feedback, the congee, rice noodle rolls and potted rice with Chinese sausages were super delicious, although when I tried the rice noodle rolls wrapped in eggs, it was alright. They included gratuity for 4 ppl and that was fine as the staff were super courteous, efficient and had common sense (assuming they get to share the tips!). The good things were the beautiful decor around the restaurant and on the ceiling, amazing seats and full essential condiments (soy sauce, hot sauce, sugar, salt and pepper) for self serve. Definitely gotta try it and be your own judge.
